Who this covers
Vertback is operated by one person and can be reached at razvan@vertback.com. This policy covers two separate groups: businesses contacted through outreach, and the past clients of businesses that become customers.
Businesses contacted through outreach
Business contact details are collected from publicly available sources, chiefly business listings and the businesses' own websites. What is held is the business name, website, a business email address, a business phone number and a business address. No personal or private information is collected. Any business can ask to be removed by replying to a message or by writing to razvan@vertback.com, and removal is permanent.
Client customer lists
A client who starts a campaign provides an export of their own past client records. That data belongs to the client, not to Vertback. It is used only to run that client's campaign, is never sold, shared or used to contact anyone on behalf of another business, and is deleted on request at any time. Clients are responsible for having consent to contact the people on their own list.
Services used
Running a campaign involves a small number of third party services: Google Workspace for email, Smartlead for sending and tracking, and an email verification service to check that addresses are deliverable. Each holds only what it needs to perform that function.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Your rights
Anyone whose information is held can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to razvan@vertback.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
