Terms of Service

The service
Vertback runs a 30-day reactivation campaign against a list of past clients that you supply. Messages go out by email or SMS depending on the contact details available, from a sending domain configured for the campaign. I write and run the campaign. You do not run any part of it.
What you provide
One export of past client records from your CRM, booking system or patient management software, and a fresh visit report at the end of the campaign window. You confirm that the people on the list have given you consent to be contacted for marketing. If they have not, the campaign cannot run.
Payment
Fees are agreed in writing before a campaign starts. No fee is due unless the campaign books at least the agreed minimum number of appointments within the 30-day window. There is no retainer, no setup fee and no charge for the work done before that minimum is met.
How appointments are counted
At the end of the window you export a visit report covering the same 30 days. That report is matched against the campaign send list by email address and phone number. An appointment counts if the person appears on both, and it counts whether or not they attended.
Pausing the campaign
If any person on your list complains about the messages, the campaign pauses and I contact you. You decide what happens next: continue as it is, change the copy, or stop. It is your list and your reputation, so the decision is yours rather than mine. You may also stop the campaign at any time for any reason, in which case no fee is due.
What is not promised
The only commitment is the payment condition above. Results depend on the size and quality of your list and on your available capacity.
